Technical Skills :

- Significant experience working with SAP systems is essential, including hands-on experience with various SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, etc.

- Strong business analysis skills include requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.

- Good Experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support with a focus on BRIM, FICA, SCM, CM, and CL modules.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose feasible SAP-based solutions that meet business objectives.

- A solid understanding of SAP system architecture, data structures, and integration points between different SAP modules.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams comprising business users, SAP functional consultants, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Proficiency in analysing data, conducting system audits, and identifying opportunities for process improvements within SAP systems.

- Strong documentation skills to create detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

- A customer-centric approach to understanding and address business needs while ensuring high levels of satisfaction among internal stakeholders.

Certifications Needed :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
