Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Administrator/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in managing BTP services, architecture, tools, and integrations. Experience with SAP Cloud Connector, BTP Cockpit, Cloud Foundry, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Exposure to ServiceNow is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and administer SAP BTP environments including Cloud Foundry, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), BTP Cockpit, and Destination & Connectivity services.

- Install, configure, and maintain the SAP Cloud Connector, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity between on-premise systems and SAP BTP.

- Manage BTP subaccounts, entitlements, service instances, and user roles through BTP Cockpit.

- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for SAP BTP-based application deployments using DevOps tools.

- Monitor system health, performance, and integrations; troubleshoot issues related to SAP BTP services and connectivity.

- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployments and configurations on the BTP platform.

- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for BTP and Cloud Connector administration.

- Work with cross-functional teams to enable smooth integration between SAP BTP and ServiceNow (if applicable).

Required Skills :

- Solid understanding of SAP BTP architecture and cloud services.

- Experience with SAP BTP Cockpit, Business Application Studio (BAS), and Cloud Foundry environment.

- Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Connector installation, configuration, and administration.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and DevOps practices within SAP ecosystem.

- Proficient in user role and security management within BTP.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in ServiceNow platform (especially in integration with SAP).

- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, or SAP Extension Suite is an added advantage.

- Exposure to ITIL/ITSM tools and processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- SAP certifications in BTP or Cloud technologies are a plus.
