SAP BTP Manager (5-7 Years of Experience)

About the Role :

Talent Worx is seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP BTP Manager to lead our client engagements and drive significant digital transformation.

You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to design, implement, and manage complex solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.

This role involves leadership, technical oversight, and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Design & Leadership : Lead the design, implementation, and management of complex SAP BTP solutions to drive significant business transformation and foster innovation.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Engagement : Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements, define solution architectures, and ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

- Workshop Facilitation & Best Practices : Guide and lead workshops to define best practices, establish robust architecture, and provide strategic direction on SAP BTP adoption and utilization.

- Advanced BTP Utilization : Expertly utilize the full suite of BTP tools, including the Integration Suite (e.g., Cloud Integration, Event Mesh, Open Connectors), Extension Suite (e.g., AppGyver, Business Application Studio, Workflow Management), and SAP Analytics Cloud, to enhance existing systems and drive new process efficiencies.

- Team Supervision & Mentorship : Supervise, mentor, and provide comprehensive guidance to junior and senior SAP BTP consultants, fostering their growth in best practices, methodologies, and technical expertise.

- Project & Client Management : Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client engagement end-to-end, ensuring successful deployment of BTP applications and services, maintaining high client satisfaction, and aligning all efforts with strategic business objectives.

- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving : Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex BTP-related issues.

Required Skills :

- Experience : 5-7 years of extensive experience in SAP consulting with a strong and demonstrated focus on leading SAP BTP solutions.

- Deep BTP Expertise : Deep understanding and hands-on experience with advanced SAP BTP technologies, including Cloud Foundry, ABAP in the Cloud, microservices architecture, and serverless computing concepts.

- Advanced Integration : Expertise in integration technologies such as advanced APIs, OData, Event Mesh, and comprehensive experience with the full SAP Integration Suite.

- Data & Analytics : Strong familiarity and practical experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for advanced reporting, data visualization, and planning functionalities.

- Business Acumen : Exceptional ability to analyze complex business needs, translate them into comprehensive technical solutions, and articulate the value proposition of BTP.

- Leadership & Communication : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relations, lead teams, and present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP certifications in BTP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business Technology Platform).

- Extensive experience with agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and leading agile teams.

- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific contexts and solutions, demonstrating an understanding of how BTP can address unique sector challenges.
