SAP BTP Lead

Job Title : BTP Lead

Experience Required : 8 to 10 years

Location : Bangalore

- Lead the management and maintenance of SAP BTP systems to ensure smooth operations and high availability.

- Oversee version upgrades, patching, and full product lifecycle management from deployment to retirement.

- Establish and manage a Center of Excellence (CoE) for SAP BTP, defining best practices, governance, and processes for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BTP initiatives with business goals and digital transformation strategies.

- Drive innovation and adoption of BTP services across the organization to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the BTP team.

- Partner with vendors, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and delivery of enterprise-level solutions.

- Monitor system performance, ensure compliance, and manage risk mitigation strategies.

- Prepare and present periodic updates, metrics, and improvement plans to senior management.

Core Skills & Requirements :

- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in SAP BTP system management and administration.

- Strong expertise in version upgrades, patching, and product lifecycle management.

- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage a CoE for technology platforms.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP services, integration, and extension capabilities.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional and technical teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership.

- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing governance frameworks.
