We are seeking a highly skilled and specialized SAP BTP Integration Suite - TPM Consultant to manage and enhance complex B2B/EDI integration scenarios. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and a minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience with Trading Partner Management (TPM) within the BTP environment. The Consultant will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing critical B2B integration flows, ensuring compliance with various EDI standards, and maintaining robust partner agreements for long-term contract work across India.

Core Responsibilities :

Trading Partner Management (TPM) Expertise :

- Design, configure, and manage Trading Partner Management (TPM) scenarios within the SAP BTP Integration Suite (formerly CPI) to onboard and manage B2B partners effectively.

- Expertly define, manage, and maintain complex Trading Partner Agreements (TPA) and associated technical profiles (e.g., message formats, communication protocols) for reliable B2B data exchange.

- Implement and ensure the integrity of security protocols and authentication mechanisms within TPM for secure partner communication.

B2B/EDI Integration Development :

- Develop, deploy, and monitor integration flows (iFlows) within SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) to facilitate end-to-end B2B and EDI processes.

- Apply a strong technical understanding of B2B/EDI standards, including EDIFACT, X12, and SAP IDoc, for message transformation and validation.

- Implement complex message mappings (using Message Mapping or XSLT) to ensure seamless translation between internal formats and external EDI standards.

- Configure robust exception handling and monitoring mechanisms within iFlows to proactively identify, alert, and resolve B2B transaction failures.

Architecture and Collaboration :

- Collaborate with internal application teams (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC) and external trading partners to define technical requirements and integration specifications.

- Utilize technical knowledge to identify and implement process improvements in B2B transactions, aiming for increased automation and efficiency.

- Adhere to strict development standards, documentation requirements, and change management processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), including building, deploying, and monitoring integration flows.

- Minimum 12 years of direct, hands-on experience setting up and managing TPM (Trading Partner Management) functionality in SAP BTP.

- Strong understanding of B2B/EDI standards including EDIFACT, X12, and IDoc for configuration and mapping.

- Proven experience in defining and managing Trading Partner Agreements (TPA) and technical partner profiles.

- Expertise in developing iFlows, message mappings, and implementing sophisticated exception handling within BTP Integration Suite.

- Strong proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., Groovy Script) for complex mapping or flow logic.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Familiarity with other key SAP BTP services such as API Management, Event Mesh (formerly SAP Enterprise Messaging), or the Connectivity Service.

- Experience with various communication protocols specific to B2B (e.g., AS2, SFTP, FTPS).

- Knowledge of security artifacts management within BTP (e.g., Keystore, certificate management).

- Prior experience with SAP Process Orchestration (PO/PI) and migration concepts to BTP.
