- Design, configuration, development and customization using SAP BTP; Strive for top quality results and continuously look for ways to standardize, improve and enhance system reliability, performance, and security.

- Work closely with SAP technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality; to set teams target

delivery dates and ensure the delivery on-time.

- Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation.

- Manage the complex developments by her/himself or guide the respective developer to achieve the delivery.

- Train and transfer knowledge to other team members.

- Recognizes impacts of changes and ensures appropriate due diligence is performed before making changes and is thorough in testing solutions before implementing to avoid reworks.

- Responsible for technical design solution prior implementation of projects or change requests.

- Responsible for technical implementation quality and ensuring quality to minimum rework after deployment.

- Leverage on thorough understanding of business processes and system processes to make recommendations and propose

technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements.

Requirements :

- Must have over 10+ years of SAP BTP working experience with at least 5-6 years of experience in consulting environment.

- Highly preferred technical developer with Cloud Application Program Model (CAPM) hands on experience.

- Strong experience in HANA and/or S4HANA developments.

- Works with SAP development tools and technologies.

- Provide information/advice to team regarding best practices, industry trends, as well as feedback on the overall performance of processes and tools.

- Keep up to date with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within the development teams.

- Experience in working in a consulting environment is preferred.
