We are looking for an accomplished SAP BTP CAPM Lead with a proven track record of delivering enterprise scale, cloud-native applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM).

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the architecture, design, and development lifecycle while mentoring teams and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of enterprise applications on SAP BTP using CAPM.

- Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and design principles for scalable, maintainable solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor developers on CAPM, CDS views, Node.js/Java services, Fiori/UI5, and modern SAP development tools.

- Ensure application performance, security, and compliance within BTP standards.

- Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth deployments through automation.

- Stay ahead of the curve with SAP BTP innovations and continuously recommend process and technology enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, including 3+ years in SAP BTP and CAPM.

- Strong expertise in :

1. SAP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model)

2. Core Data Services (CDS)

3. Node.js and Java-based services

4. SAP Fiori/UI5 integration

5. SAP HANA Cloud and Data Management Services

- Cross-container access in SAP HANA Cloud

- Third-party API integrations

- SAP Build Process Automation / Build Apps (added advantage)

- Proficiency in SAP BTP services like Destination, Connectivity, Authorization, and Workflow.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP BTP or CAPM certification.

- Experience leading agile teams and delivering enterprise-grade cloud applications.

- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures and microservices-based development.
