SAP BTP/CAPM Developer - S/4 HANA Module

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop side?by's ide extensions using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) leveraging Node.js or Java, with SAPUI5/Fiori front?end and HANA Cloud backend.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and robust application solutions.

- Participate in full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and end-user support.

- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout all phases.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP development, specifically using CAPM (Node.js or Java).

- Proficiency in SAPUI5/Fiori development, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and REST/OData services (v2/v4).

- Strong experience with CDS modeling, CAP annotations, and service definitions on HANA Cloud.

- Experience in SAP HANA Cloud development, including SQLScript and multi-target application (MTA) deployments.

- Familiarity with BTP service architecture : XSUAA, App Router, Destination, Integration Suite, Event Mesh, etc.

- Proven knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and application lifecycle management.

Preferred / Nice to have :

- Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming (RAP) in S/4HANA context.

- Exposure to ABAP in cloud environment, or prior ABAP development background.

- Prior experience in planning and leading development efforts, architecture discussions, and UX extensibility strategy in S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and SaaS multi-tenant design.
