- Service Configuration: Configure and monitor BTP connectivity components such as SAP Cloud Connector, Destinations, Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).

- System Monitoring: Monitor BTP subaccounts, services, and applications for availability and performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation.

- Integration Support: Integrate SAP BTP with on-premise and cloud systems using SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management) and other tools.

- Collaboration: Work closely with SAP development, infrastructure, and security teams to support BTP-based applications and services.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and SAP best practices. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and policies.

- Environment Management: Oversee subaccount creation, entitlements, quotas, and service bindings across BTP environments.

- Incident Management: Respond to system alerts, analyze logs, and coordinate issue resolution with SAP support where necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 48 years of experience in SAP BTP administration or SAP Cloud Platform operations.

Hands-on experience with :

- SAP BTP Cockpit (Neo & Cloud Foundry environments)

- SAP Cloud Connector, Destinations, IAS, IPS, XSUAA

- Integration Suite (CPI, API Management)

- Subaccount and entitlement management

- Strong understanding of BTP security concepts, OAuth, and SAML-based authentication.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with BTP services.
