We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP BTP/ABAP Technical Architect with 1215 years of overall SAP experience. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ABAP development, and hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role demands leadership in architecture, strong technical execution, and the ability to guide teams in delivering scalable and high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement custom applications using ABAP and RAPM (Restful ABAP Programming Model).

- Perform detailed technical analysis and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Design and develop integrations, forms, enhancements, and extensions in the S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.

- Drive development standards and provide technical governance across SAP landscapes.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and technical strategies.

- Evaluate emerging SAP BTP services and recommend solutions to improve system capabilities and business outcomes.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery excellence.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and architecture blueprints.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform including Cloud Foundry, CAP, destination/service management, and deployment.

- Proficient in ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDPs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and custom report development.

- Experienced in code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging complex programs.

- In-depth knowledge and experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud development, extensibility, and Fiori-based application integration.

- Experience with RAPM (Restful ABAP Programming Model) for building modern cloud-based applications.

- Strong expertise in developing interfaces, forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and enhancements.

- Ability to architect scalable and maintainable solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms.

- Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership skills.

- SAP certifications in BTP, S/4HANA, or ABAP.

- Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines within the SAP ecosystem.

- Exposure to Fiori/UI5 application development is a plus.

- Understanding of SAP integration tools (PI/PO, CPI) and SAP Event Mesh is desirable.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in dynamic project environments.
