Job Description :

We're seeking an experienced SAP BTP with ABAP Developer to help build cloud-native applications and extensions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

This role requires a strong background in both traditional and modern ABAP development, with a focus on integrating solutions within the BTP environment.

You will be instrumental in driving our "Clean Core" strategy by leveraging BTP for custom development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop cloud-native ABAP solutions and extensions using the ABAP Environment in SAP BTP (Steampunk).

- Leverage BTP services to build new applications and extend existing S/4HANA and ECC systems.

- Work with RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) to build Fiori-based applications and APIs.

- Integrate BTP solutions with various SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, OData Services, and other integration methodologies.

- Collaborate with architects and functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and align with business needs.

- Stay up-to-date with new BTP features and development best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and project discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 314 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP BTP and the ABAP Environment (Steampunk).

- Expertise in RAP and strong knowledge of CDS Views.

- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with other BTP services like SAP Integration Suite, Launchpad Service, and Work Zone.

- Strong understanding of cloud-native development principles and the "Clean Core" approach.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
