Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM FICA Technical Consultant to support complex billing, invoicing, and financial processes in a BRIM environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in FICA, with in-depth experience in RICEF objects, OO ABAP, and event-based enhancements (FQEVENTS).

This is a key technical role requiring both strong programming skills and a sound understanding of FICA and BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and support RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects related to FICA and BRIM.

- Perform technical design, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom solutions.

- Work on enhancements to standard FICA processes such as :

a. Payment Runs

b. Account Maintenance

c. GL Transfers

- Implement FQEVENTS to extend FICA functionalities and integrate business logic.

- Design and build enhancements in Convergent Invoicing (CI) including :

a. BIT enrichment and processing

b. Invoice amount and tax adjustments

c. Billing and invoice consolidation

- Apply SAP enhancement techniques : implicit/explicit enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, and SD enhancements.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong ABAP/OO ABAP programming skills

- Expertise in RICEF, Idocs, and enhancement frameworks

- Deep technical knowledge of SAP FICA and related processes

- Experience with BRIM/CI scenarios

- Good understanding of event-based enhancements using FQEVENTS

- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and handle customer-facing discussions

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in BRIM or FICA

- Prior experience in Telecom, Utilities, or Subscription Billing domains

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA BRIM (nice to have)
