Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP BRIM components : SAP CC, SAP CI, FI-CA, SOM.

- Configure and customize Convergent Charging rules, mediation flows, billing plans, and invoicing processes.

- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP BRIM solutions.

- Design and implement end-to-end subscription and usage-based billing processes.

- Integrate BRIM with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide post-go-live support.

- Provide technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions.

- Participate in client workshops, demos, and solution presentations.

- Stay updated with the latest BRIM enhancements and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3-10+ years of experience with SAP BRIM modules (depending on role level).

- Strong knowledge in FI-CA, CI, CC, SOM, and ideally SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience in telecom, utilities, or subscription-based industries is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of ABAP or SAP BTP is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Understanding of subscription lifecycle management and quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes.

- Hands-on with BRF+, SAP CRM/SD integration, or SAP CX.

- Experience in Agile or SAFe methodologies.
