Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant with a strong technical background in APL development and middleware integration.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing, configuring, and optimizing Convergent Mediation workflows to handle large-scale data processing in a BRIM landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration & Middleware :

- Integrate SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation with other SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or Dell Boomi.

- Understand and manage communication interfaces for high-volume data exchange.

Programming & Configuration :

- Develop and maintain mediation logic using APL (A Programming Language), similar to Java/JavaScript.

- Implement transformation rules and business logic to process usage events efficiently.

Workflow & Data Management :

- Design, configure, and optimize mediation workflows to handle massive volumes of event records and transaction data.

- Monitor and manage data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and transformation.

Troubleshooting & Optimization :

- Analyze and resolve issues in the end-to-end mediation process.

- Optimize system performance, memory utilization, and runtime efficiency of Convergent Mediation services.

Documentation & Collaboration :

- Maintain detailed technical documentation and solution design artifacts.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, billing, and invoicing teams to ensure alignment across the BRIM stack.

- Participate in technical discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and cross-functional meetings.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Convergent Mediation.

- Hands-on experience with APL scripting or similar languages (Java/JavaScript).

- Strong understanding of data workflows, mediation logic, and transformation rules.

- Familiarity with SAP BRIM architecture including CC (Convergent Charging), CI (Convergent Invoicing), and FI-CA.

- Experience working with middleware tools like SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or Dell Boomi.

- Proficient in performance tuning and debugging high-volume data processing scenarios.
