Key Responsibilities :

- Client Engagement : Understand client requirements and design tailored SAP BRIM solutions.

- Solution Design : Lead workshops to define To-Be processes; prepare functional and configuration documents.

- Configuration : Configure SAP BRIM components (SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA) and manage integrations.

- Project Delivery : Drive end-to-end implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Team Leadership : Guide team members, manage deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders.

- Support & Maintenance : Handle incidents, root-cause analysis, bug fixes, and user training.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4-20 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM suite.

- Strong expertise in at least 2 or more of the following components : SAP SOM, SAP CC, SAP CI, SAP FI-CA, SAP RMCA

- Experience in working on Greenfield Implementations, Rollouts, and Support Projects.

- Sound knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA and other third-party platforms.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-handling skills.

- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
