We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Principal SAP BPC & SAP SAC Planning Consultant with a minimum of 9 years of specialized experience. This role demands deep functional and technical expertise in both SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and integration of cutting-edge planning and analytics solutions, driving business value across financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Planning and Analytics solutions, from blueprinting and design to deployment and post-go-live support.

- Design, configure, and implement advanced planning models within SAP SAC Planning, including :

1. Developing robust Data Modeling structures tailored for financial and operational planning.

2. Configuring complex allocations, advanced formulas, and currency translation rules.

- Utilize extensive hands-on experience in SAP BPC Standard to support and enhance existing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Design and implement solutions for the integration of BPC with SAC in hybrid scenarios or lead strategic BPC to SAC migration projects.

- Ensure strong integration between the planning solutions and the core SAP systems, including S/4HANA integration with SAC Planning and leveraging SAP BW for data provisioning.

- Apply a solid grasp of core financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes to build functionally correct and business-aligned planning models.

- Manage communication, expectations, and solution delivery with business stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of overall SAP experience with a strong and dedicated focus on Planning & Analytics.

Core Skills (Mandatory) :

- SAP BPC, SAP BW, Data Modeling.

- SAC Planning Expertise (Hands-on) : Proven experience in SAP SAC Planning including model creation, advanced formulas, data actions, and currency configuration.

- Strong understanding of S/4HANA integration principles with SAC Planning.

- Hands-on experience with SAP BPC Standard for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Experience with BPC to SAC integration or migration approaches.

- Deep understanding of the business processes surrounding financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Ability to lead and drive the end-to-end delivery of planning and analytics solutions.

Good-to-Have (Preferred) Skills Certifications :

- SAP Certification in SAC and/or BPC.

- Experience with predictive planning and leveraging AI-driven forecasting techniques.

- Exposure to SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, or other relevant SAP data sources.

- Knowledge of Fiori apps or Embedded Analytics for enhanced user experience

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
