- They should be able to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use advanced excel functions, and develop macros.

3. Experience with integrating offline excel workbooks with EPM :

- Should have experience with integrating offline excel workbooks with EPM.

- This includes setting up data imports and exports, creating data maps, and managing data sources.

4. Experience with linking macros with EPM :

- Should have experience with linking macros with EPM.

- This includes creating macros that automate data entry, validation, and reporting processes.

5. Strong FP&A functional knowledge/experience :

- Should have strong FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) functional knowledge/experience.

- This includes understanding financial planning processes, financial reporting, and budgeting.

- This will involve understanding financial and accounting concepts, such as profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, and being able to translate them into technical requirements.
