Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize automation workflows using SAP BPA.

- Configure and maintain BPA components, integrations, and system connections.

- Provide production support including incident resolution, defect fixes, RCA, and performance tuning.

- Monitor BPA jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure high availability and reliability of automation processes.

- Develop and support automation workflows in UiPath when required.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient automation solutions.

- Participate in deployment activities, upgrades, code migrations, and system validations.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, design specs, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BPA (workflow design, scripting, connectors, integrations).

- Experience in automation development and production support across SAP environments.

- Secondary skill : UiPath development, debugging, deployment, and support.

- Good understanding of job scheduling, log analysis, exception handling, and issue triaging.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
