Objective :

Be a part of a high-impact consulting team delivering data-driven transformation solutions to global clients across Financial Services, Pharma, Manufacturing, and Utilities.

Youll help solve complex data challenges and contribute to successful ERP and data programs.

Responsibilities :

- Implement Syniti solutions across client projects using standard tools & methodology.

- Conduct data analysis, requirements gathering, and deliver functional/technical solutions.

- Collaborate on discovery, design, architecture & user training activities.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous learning.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 5 - 15 years of experience with Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

- Techno-functional ERP experience (SAP preferred).

- Strong data quality, analysis, or statistical modeling skills.

- Excellent communication & customer engagement abilities.

Experience :

- At least one full-cycle ERP implementation.

- Hands-on with business process mapping, testing, and training.

- Adaptive, quick learner with the ability to work independently.

- High ownership, result-driven and detail-oriented.
