We are looking for an experienced SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) Consultant with 12+ years of strong ETL, data migration, and integration experience. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP BODS, Data Migration Cockpit, SAP ECC/S4HANA objects, and end-to-end project implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead ETL design, development, and deployment using SAP BODS.

- Drive end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.

- Work with functional teams to understand data requirements and map data across systems.

- Design and optimize dataflows, workflows, transformations, and jobs in BODS.

- Create complex ETL mappings, validation logic, and error-handling frameworks.

- Manage data extraction, cleansing, enrichment, and loading (ETL).

- Coordinate with source system owners for data validation and cutover activities.

- Perform performance tuning for large-volume ETL jobs.

- Handle debugging, troubleshooting, and production support for BODS jobs.

- Lead and mentor junior team members and ensure delivery quality.
