About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP BODS Professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes within the Business Objects Data Services (BODS) environment. You will play a critical role in supporting data integration, data warehousing projects, and ensuring data quality and consistency across systems.

As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and provide expert consulting on SAP BODS solutions to meet organizational data management needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) ETL workflows.

- Manage and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks from various source systems to target data warehouses.

- Support data integration and data warehousing projects to ensure seamless flow and accuracy of data.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BODS solutions.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across various systems and platforms.

- Analyze complex data structures and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

- Provide expert consulting and recommendations on SAP BODS best practices and architecture.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data management and ETL processes.

- Maintain documentation related to data mappings, workflows, and technical specifications.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP BODS features, tools, and industry trends to continually improve processes.

Experience & Qualifications :

Experience : 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP BODS.

- Strong understanding of business processes, specifically in SAP FICO modules.

- Proficient in analytical thinking and master data management principles.

- Proven experience in consulting roles within SAP BODS environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Prior experience in the enterprise software industry is a plus.
