About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP BI/BW Managing Consultant with a strong background in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BI, and related technologies to lead business intelligence and data warehousing initiatives.

The consultant will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution design, data modeling, integration with S/4HANA, and delivering high-performance analytical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP BI/BW/4HANA solutions for reporting, analytics, and data warehousing.

- Define data models, data flows, and architecture for optimized BI performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.

Implementation & Development :

- Manage and execute end-to-end implementation projects (minimum 23 full cycles).

- Develop complex data models using BW/4HANA, HANA native modeling, and CDS Views.

- Leverage SAP ABAP for enhancements, data transformations, and custom extractors.

- Integrate SAP BI/BW solutions seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA systems.

Data Management & Optimization :

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all reporting layers.

- Design and implement ETL processes using SAP BW and HANA capabilities.

- Optimize query performance for real-time analytics and reporting.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Act as the BI/BW subject matter expert guiding cross-functional teams.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical direction for complex scenarios.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure high adoption and ROI of BI solutions.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Ensure compliance with SAP standards, governance, and best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BI and BW/4HANA (data modeling, transformations, process chains).

- Expertise in SAP ABAP for BW/BI enhancements and custom development.

- Proficiency in Core Data Services (CDS) Views for real-time reporting.

- Experience with SAP HANA native modeling and data provisioning.

- Integration knowledge of SAP S/4HANA with BW/4HANA.

- Minimum 23 full-cycle end-to-end SAP BI/BW implementation projects.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other visualization tools.

- Understanding of data governance, security, and authorization concepts in BI/BW.

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of BW queries and HANA models.
