SAP BW/4HANA & BW on HANA Leadership :

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of robust data warehousing solutions with a strong emphasis on BW/4HANA and BW on HANA.

- Oversee 4+ full lifecycle implementations, ensuring successful delivery from blueprinting to post-go-live support, with at least 2 in BI 7.x or later.

Technical Expertise & Development :

- Apply strong expertise in ABAP, including developing routines, enhancements, and custom logic.

- Utilize CDS Views for optimized data extraction and consumption within S/4HANA and BW.

- Manage seamless SAP ECC/S4HANA integrations with BW systems.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling (including LSA++ concepts), and SQL for complex data manipulations.

SAP BI Tools & Analytics :

- Proficiently utilize SAP BI Tools such as Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office, and Query Designer for reporting and analysis.

- Possess hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Lumira, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for advanced analytics and dashboarding.

Consulting & Client Engagement :

- Leverage excellent communication and client-facing skills to manage stakeholders, gather requirements, and present complex solutions clearly and effectively.

- Provide expert consulting to clients on BI/BW best practices, roadmap planning, and solution architecture.

System & Support Management :

- Be familiar with SAP Service Marketplace for ticketing, researching OSS notes, and reviewing SAP roadmaps and release strategies.

Mandatory Skills :

- SAP BI/BW Experience : 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP BI/BW, with a strong focus on BW/4HANA and BW on HANA.

- Implementations : 4+ full lifecycle implementations, with at least 2 in BI 7.x or later.

- Technical Depth : Strong expertise in ABAP, CDS Views, and SAP ECC/S4HANA integrations.

- SAP BI Tools : Knowledge of SAP BI Tools : Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office, Query Designer.

- Analytics Platforms : Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Lumira, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

- SAP Support Ecosystem : Familiarity with Service Marketplace : ticketing, researching OSS notes, and roadmap reviews.

- Data Fundamentals : Strong understanding of ETL, data modeling, and SQL.
