About the job :

We are looking for an SAP Basis Lead to manage SAP Basis operations, drive cloud transformations, and ensure the smooth running of our SAP ecosystem.

This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing SAP workloads on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee SAP Basis operations, daily tasks, and system performance

- Provide technical guidance and strategy for SAP system design, migration, and upgrades

- Lead SAP migrations and run expertise on AWS and Azure

- Handle SAP upgrades, refreshes, patching, and periodic maintenance activities

- Design and manage SAP landscapes across projects and operations

- Plan and test Disaster Recovery (DR), backups, and recovery procedures

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, ensuring system reliability

- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to deliver seamless SAP solutions

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to the SAP Basis team

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree with 12+ years of experience, or Masters with 7+ years

- Strong hands-on SAP Basis administration experience

- Proven expertise in SAP migrations, upgrades, and system operations

- Deep knowledge of running SAP workloads on Azure, AWS, and GCP

- Experience with Windows/Linux OS and HANA, Sybase, Oracle, or SQL Server databases

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure
