Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Basis Consultant with 10+ years of experience and a strong focus on SuccessFactors (SF). The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in managing complex SAP landscapes, with specific expertise in SuccessFactors platform administration, transports, and integration with core SAP systems. This role requires a professional who can handle system maintenance, manage cloud connectors, and ensure seamless integration across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP Basis & System Administration : Manage SAP transports across the entire landscape, oversee system copies/refreshes, and perform background job scheduling and monitoring, including troubleshooting long-running jobs.

- SuccessFactors Platform Management : Take ownership of SuccessFactors platform activities, including administration via the SuccessFactors Admin Center. This includes managing digital certificates, keys, and security.

- Identity and Access Management : Implement and maintain IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service), including configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) via IAS or a corporate Identity Provider (IDP).

- Integration and Connectivity : Set up and maintain RFC connections between different SAP systems. You will also be responsible for SAP Router installation, configuration, upgrades, and certificate renewals.

- Technical Infrastructure : Perform new system installations of SAP NetWeaver 7.5 ABAP/JAVA stacks and handle post-installation activities. You will also work with the Cloud Connector to facilitate integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Basis Consultant.

- Extensive experience with SAP transports and managing complex SAP landscapes.

- Proven experience in SuccessFactors platform administration, including managing activities via the SF Admin Center.

- Expertise in IAS/IPS and setting up SSO via a corporate IDP.

- Experience with SAP System Copy/Refresh procedures.

- Proficiency in SAP Router and Cloud Connector setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP BTP and its other offerings, such as ALS.

- Experience with ABAP and NetWeaver Employee Central Payroll systems.

- Knowledge of SAP GUI for ECP.

- Experience with the Integration Suite, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
