SAP Basis Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

This position requires excellent client services and technical skills, expertise with architecture, design, and implementation of information security software, identity and access management system, or enterprise software, and documentation experience. Successful candidates should have a high energy level, experience within consulting organizations, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide architecture, design, and implementation expertise across SAP Basis, infrastructure,
identity management, and security layers.

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for migrating SAP workloads to Cloud, providing
recommendations and solutions to overcome blockers.

- Drive complex migration strategies with downtime optimization, cutover planning, and end-to-end execution.

- Deliver full-cycle SAP implementations, brownfield migrations, version upgrades, and support pack deployments, ensuring post go-live stability.

- Design and implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for both
database and SAP application layers in the Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Configure and manage SAP SSO, SAML2, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connectors, Fiori, and SAP BTP integrations.

- Provide support and expertise across core SAP systems (ECC, SLT, NW Gateway, Solman, NW BI, PI, Portal, CRM, SRM, BPC, Fiori, GRC, S/4HANA & BW/4 HANA, Java stack)

- Perform SAP system upgrades, kernel upgrades, EHP/Support Pack upgrades, and performance tuning (ABAP & Java).

- Oversee SAP AMS activities (monitoring, incident/change management, client handling, and steady-state operations).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Security, Development, Integration) to ensure end-to-end SAP architecture alignment.

- Expertise in SAP SAAS products BTP, CPI, SAC, DataSphere, Ariba and Success Factors administration and integrations.

- Expertise in S/4 HANA and B/4 HANA Conversion from any DB and any OS.

- Provide consultative value add to customers, articulating migration roadmaps, value propositions, and cloud transformation benefits.

- Ensure compliance with SAP certified best practices, AWS & Azure Well-Architected Framework, and enterprise security requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- SAP OS/DB Migration certified.

- Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least AWS is preferred).

- Strong experience with Oracle, HANA, DB2, MSSQL, Sybase databases.

- Expertise in Public Cloud (IaaS/PaaS), Data Center services, Networking, and IT transformation.
