Job Title : SAP BASIS Consultant (HANA)

Location : Mumbai

Experience Required : 4.5+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform SAP BASIS administration including installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Manage SAP HANA Database administration including backup, recovery, performance optimization, and security.

- Handle System Refreshes, Client Copies, Transport Management, and System Copies.

- Implement and support SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and operations.

- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and patch management for SAP landscapes.

- Support high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setup for SAP HANA.

- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth integration and system operations.

- Monitor system health checks and proactively resolve performance issues.

- Provide post-go-live support and production issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4.5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS on HANA.

- Must have experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP HANA DB, NetWeaver, and Fiori Administration.

- Experience in SAP System Refreshes, Upgrades, and Migrations.

- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and system monitoring tools.

- Good understanding of OS (Linux/Windows) and DB (HANA/Oracle/SQL) concepts.

- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
