Role : BTP BASIS Consultant

Experience : 6 to 8 Years

Location : Bangalore / Chennai

Industry : Banking & Financial Services

Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP BASIS Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in BTP Foundation, Cloud Foundry, Security, and Integration with identity services.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on end-to-end BTP implementations and supporting enterprise cloud platforms in highly regulated domains such as Banking & Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities :

BTP Platform & Foundation :

- Implement and manage SAP BTP accounts including global account, sub-accounts, and spaces.

- Configure and administer BTP Cloud Foundry environment, quotas, orgs, and spaces.

- Setup and manage BTP entitlements, service instances, and subscriptions.

Identity & Access Management :

- Configure and integrate IAS, IPS, and enable platform authentication.

- Configure SAML/OAuth/OIDC based authentication and SSO for :

1. SAP Work Zone

2. Process Automation

3. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

4. SAP Datasphere

5. SAP HANA Cloud

- Configure proxy-based authentication and identity propagation scenarios.

Services & Applications :

- Configure and build :

i. SAP Work Zone

ii. SAP Process Automation

iii. SAC integrations

iv. Datasphere connections

v. HANA Cloud setup and SSO

Monitoring & Operations :

- Setup monitoring, alerts, thresholds, and dashboards using BTP tools.

- Ensure platform health, performance, compliance, and security.

- Troubleshoot Cloud Foundry applications, services, and connectivity issues.

Documentation & Architecture :

- Create Solution Plans, Solution Architecture diagrams, and Technical Design Documents (TDD).

- Ensure best practices, governance, and technical standards are followed.

Required Skills :

- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP BTP BASIS / Cloud Platform.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. BTP foundation and account model

2. Cloud Foundry administration

3. IAS/IPS configuration

4. SSO setups (SAC, Datasphere, HANA Cloud)

5. Work Zone and Process Automation setup

- Good experience in security, authentication, and authorization management.

- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and operational dashboards.

Additional Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / B.E / equivalent discipline.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in Banking & Financial Services domain (preferred)
