Job responsibilities include is below :

Server Administration :

- Add / Remove authorization to fileserver.

- Add new folder with auth to existing Windows fileserver.

- Handle annual access audit request of overall fileserver.

- Monitor Windows fileserver.

- Troubleshoot issues related to authorization in Windows fileserver.

- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows fileserver.

Divestment :

- Extract and transfer archived data to buyer.

- Extract and transfer archived documents to buyer.

- Create quality documentations on maintenance activities (changes, configurations, etc.

Software Management :

- Install Enterprise Scan application.

- Install new patch for Enterprise Scan.

- Troubleshoot issue related to Enterprise Scan.

- Install WinViewer application.

- Install new patch for WinViewer.

- Troubleshoot issue related to WinViewer.

SAP Data Archiving :

- Activate and deactivate archive infostructure (AIS).

- Run catchup archiving for new archive object.

- Run sweeper for existing archive object.

Reporting responsibility :

- Attend the required Agile Ceremonies to provide status of progress, impediments and for knowledge sharing.

- Update work items in ADO board and team OneNote.

Data Management Data Archiving related Incident Management and resolution :

- Assess and handle incidents and tickets that arrive to the team during Bangkok work hours (ServiceNow & e-mail) in the PI period, including handover from/to foreign locations.

- Collaborate with other XOM technical teams to ensure issues are worked on a timely manner.

- Create quality documentations about incident resolution and maintenance.

SAP ILM Retention Management :

- Assist project team to test archive functionalities (Write/Delete/Retrival).

SAP ILM Warehouse Management :

- Assist project team to test archive functionalities (Write/Delete/Retrival).

Replication Server migration/upgrade :

- Perform data migration.

- Perform techical and functional testing.

Requirements/Deliverables :

- The receiving team Data Archiving Document Management follows the Agile practices.

- As such, work is managed by the Product Owner and Scrum Masters using 3 months long planning Iterations and 2 weeks long sprints.

- Work is planned, tracked, and discussed on the ADO board.

- Work progress and performance metrics are extracted from ADO directly.

- Delivering proper incident and problem management solutions in case of all cases that occur in BKK work time, or is taken over from other Data Archiving Document Management Team.

- Ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during the PI periods.

- Delivering successful and error free SAP Maintenance activities in all cases according to the Upgrade Schedule (approved by the Business) during the PI periods.

- Deliver/Complete all assigned ADO User Stories prioritized by the Product Owner during the PI periods.

- Delivering high quality documentation using the teams OneNote related to all lessons learned, undocumented problem solutions, new configurations in regards incidents and SAP Maintenance activities.
