Description :

- Candidate should have hands-on experience in ChaRM implementation and support within SAP Solution Manager.

- Must be proficient in end-to-end change management processes (creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes).

- Ability to troubleshoot ChaRM-related issues, manage retrofit scenarios, and ensure audit/compliance readiness.

Experience :

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database.

- System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization across multiple SAP modules.

- SAP installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and backup/recovery processes.

- Database management, primarily SAP HANA (knowledge of Sybase/MaxDB is an added advantage).

- Implementation and support of ChaRM (Change Request Management) within SAP Solution Manager.

- Managing end-to-end change management processes including creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes.

- Troubleshooting ChaRM-related issues, managing retrofit scenarios, and ensuring audit/compliance readiness.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on SAP BASIS expertise.

- Proficiency with SAP HANA database.

- Experience with ChaRM implementation and support.
