SAP B1 Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization :

- Lead end-to-end SAP Business One deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Configure core modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, etc.) and customize workflows to meet business needs.

- Ensure system scalability, stability, and continuous improvement.

2. Techno-Functional Leadership :

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Develop and oversee functional specifications, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure alignment of SAP processes with business goals and compliance standards.

3. Process Improvement & Automation :

- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.

- Enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data consistency across departments.

4. System Integrations :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external systems such as eCommerce, CRM, and Warehouse Management tools.

- Ensure data consistency, synchronization, and optimal system performance across all platforms.

5. Ownership & Mentorship :

- Lead small internal or vendor teams to execute projects with defined timelines and quality benchmarks.

- Mentor junior staff and provide training on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.

6. Troubleshooting & Support :

- Manage debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis for SAP-related issues.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and training materials for system users.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- BTech/MTech or BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions.

- Strong academic record (Top 20 percentile preferred).

Experience :

- 47 years of proven experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.

- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.

Technical Proficiency :

- In-depth understanding of SAP Business One modules, SDK, and Crystal Reports.

- Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and related technologies.

- Knowledge of systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.
