Job Title : SAP Ariba Lead Consultant

Location : Pune / Bangalore, India

Mode : Long term Contract

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP Ariba implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

- Oversee SAP MM/Ariba development activities, including the creation of interfaces, reports, and data migration strategies.

- Prepare technical and functional specification documents (FS/TS) and test scripts, while also managing testing cycles.

- Configure and provide expert support for all SAP Ariba modules, including P2O, Guided Buying, Sourcing, and Invoicing.

- Work effectively within an Agile environment to adapt to changing business needs.

- Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to ensure successful project rollouts and seamless data migrations.

- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering technical guidance and mentorship for both Ariba and MM.

Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience :

- A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Ariba and SAP MM, with Ariba as your primary skill set.

- Proven expertise in SAP Ariba configurations across multiple instances.

- Experience with S/4HANA - Simple Logistics is a plus.

- Deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications :

- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, MBA, or a related technical/business field.

- Demonstrated hands-on experience in SAP Ariba and MM with a track record of successfully leading projects.
