Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba ISMG / Fieldglass Consultant with strong skills in system analysis, error troubleshooting, SQL querying, and customer interaction.

The ideal candidate will support global stakeholders, manage system logs, contribute to documentation, and ensure smooth operation across SAP Ariba and Fieldglass environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional and technical support for SAP Ariba ISMG and SAP Fieldglass modules.

- Perform system log analysis, trace analysis, and troubleshoot error codes for quick resolution.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders and build strong working relationships.

- Conduct root-cause analysis and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare, update, and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

- Execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.

- Work closely with SAP product teams to support complex issue resolution.

- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with business users.

- Ensure SLAs are met with high-quality, timely support.

- Adapt to new tools, technologies, and cloud-based applications as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba ISMG or related procurement modules.

- Strong experience with SAP Fieldglass (mandatory).

- Proficiency in system log and error-code analysis.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Knowledge of SAP product ecosystem and cloud/SaaS applications.

- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript (good to have).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Cloud environment experience (SaaS).

- Exposure to system integration tools and automation capabilities.

- Additional SAP module knowledge.
