Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP Ariba integrations using SAP CIG with SAP ECC and S/4HANA

Configure and manage SAP CIG integration scenarios for Ariba modules :

- Ariba Buying & Invoicing

- Ariba Sourcing

- Ariba Contracts

- Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)

Set up and maintain :

- Master data integrations (Supplier, Material, GL, Cost Center, WBS, Tax)

- Transaction data integrations (PR, PO, ASN, Invoice, Service Entry Sheet)

- Perform CIG configuration, mapping, and monitoring of interfaces

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, IDoc/XML issues, and data inconsistencies

- Coordinate with functional (MM/FI) and technical (PI/CPI, ABAP) teams

- Support testing phases including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and cutover activities

- Handle post-go-live support, performance monitoring, and issue resolution

- Ensure compliance with Ariba integration best practices and SAP standards

- Prepare technical/functional documentation and integration design documents

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 to 8 years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Ariba integrations

- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)

- Experience integrating Ariba with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA

- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) processes

- Good knowledge of SAP MM and FI integration points

- Experience in IDoc-based and XML-based integrations

- Familiarity with SAP CPI is an added advantage

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
