About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Implementation Lead to join our client in the Consumer Health industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving end-to-end procurement technology implementations within large enterprise environments. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to lead complex SAP Ariba integrations and collaborate with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the implementation and integration of SAP Ariba with enterprise procurement and ERP systems.

- Define and execute integration strategies leveraging APIs, middleware, and/or ETL tools to connect Ariba with third-party platforms.

- Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate closely with procurement, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless data flow, compliance, and scalability.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle-from design and development through post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-10 years of experience leading procurement technology implementations in enterprise environments.

- Proven hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba implementation and integration with other procurement or ERP systems.

- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and procurement process flows.

- Experience developing and managing API-based, middleware, or ETL integrations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business functions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience :

-Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier onboarding, and tail spend management.

-Exposure to agentic AI, autonomous sourcing, or intelligent procurement automation.

-Background in consulting or leading procurement digital transformation projects.
