SAP Ariba Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Description :

- Looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with strong functional expertise.

- Must have 6+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 4+ years in SAP Ariba.

- Expertise in Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, and Supplier Lifecycle Management modules.

- Hands-on experience in Ariba Implementation, Configuration, and Support projects.

- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.

- Experience in Ariba Network integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA.

- Should have ability to perform requirement gathering and solution design.

- Must be capable of preparing functional specifications and design documents.

- Knowledge of Upstream (Sourcing & Contracts) and Downstream (P2P & Invoicing) modules.

- Hands-on experience with Ariba Guided Buying and Supplier Collaboration.

- Should be able to manage end-to-end implementation cycles.

- Exposure to workflow configuration and approval setup in Ariba.

- Experience in integration using SAP PI/PO, CIG, or middleware tools.

- Must handle system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

- Strong experience in issue resolution and change requests handling.

- Ability to work with business users, procurement teams, and technical consultants.

- Should be able to conduct workshops and training sessions for clients.

- Knowledge of SAP MM or SRM will be an added advantage.

- Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and client-facing skills are mandatory.

- Should have ability to work in onsite-offshore models.

- Capable of handling multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams.

- Experience in supporting global rollouts of Ariba solutions.

- Knowledge of best practices in procurement digitization is preferred.

- SAP Ariba certification will be a strong plus.

- Should be adaptable to dynamic project requirements.

- Must have ability to prepare training/user manuals.

- Strong exposure to Ariba reporting and dashboards.

- Should be willing to work from office (Pune or Bangalore).
