SAP Ariba Consultant - E2E Implementation

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP Ariba implementation projects including Ariba Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle modules.

- Drive the migration strategy and execution from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, focusing on procurement and supplier integration.

- Perform fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and design workshops with business teams.

- Configure and customize SAP Ariba solutions to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP MM, FI, BASIS, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.

- Ensure alignment of the Ariba architecture with S/4HANA procurement best practices.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and post-go-live support.

- Develop detailed documentation including functional specs, test cases, training material, and user manuals.

- Provide subject matter expertise in Supplier Management, Guided Buying, and Contract Management.

- Engage with stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and recommend SAP best practices.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with at least 7+ years in SAP Ariba.

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations.

- Proven experience in migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA with integration to Ariba.

- Strong understanding of Ariba Network, Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), and middleware integration (SAP PI/PO, CPI).

- Proficiency in Ariba modules: Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Procurement.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP MM, P2P processes, and S/4HANA Procurement.

- Familiarity with Master Data Management, Vendor Management, and workflow configuration.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
