Responsibilities :

Management modules.

- Proven experience with end-to-end Ariba implementations or rollouts.

- Deep understanding of procurement and sourcing processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.).

- Support integration between Ariba and backend ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4 HANA).

- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or enhancements and Provide ongoing post-go-live support and troubleshooting.

- Assist in testing (SIT, UAT), issue resolution, and cutover planning.

- Design and deliver user training and documentation
