We are seeking a specialized SAP Procurement & Spend Management Consultant to lead the deployment of comprehensive procurement automation solutions across SAP's cloud portfolio : Ariba, Concur, and Fieldglass.

This role is central to transforming and optimizing the client's end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and expense management cycles.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :

SAP Ariba Configuration :

- Core Procurement : Lead configuration and functional design for key SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Sourcing (managing events and RFx), Ariba Contracts (managing legal agreements and compliance), and Ariba Buying (procurement and catalog management).

- Source-to-Pay (S2P) : Apply a deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay process to architect solutions that seamlessly move from strategic sourcing through operational purchasing and invoicing.

Spend Management Cloud Solutions :

- Expense Management (Concur) : Provide functional support and configuration expertise for SAP Concur Expense and Invoice modules, ensuring compliance and efficient travel and expense reimbursement processes.

- Contingent Workforce (Fieldglass) : Support the implementation and configuration of SAP Fieldglass for the effective management of the contingent workforce (external labor, services procurement).

Integration and Architecture :

- ERP Integration : Design and implement robust integration points between the cloud modules (Ariba, Concur) and the core ERP system, primarily SAP S/4HANA MM (Materials Management) and Finance (FI).

- Cloud Integration Tools : Leverage and apply knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Integration Suite/CPI) for building and monitoring stable API connections between cloud and on-premise systems (preferred).

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Mandatory Experience : Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting at least one of the three core solutions : SAP Ariba, Concur, or Fieldglass.

- Process Mastery : Demonstrated expertise and a deep understanding of the entire Source-to-Pay process flow.

- Integration Exposure : Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration tools is highly preferred.

- Soft Skills : Excellent client-facing skills, capable of leading workshops and translating business requirements into cloud configurations
