Role Title : SAP Ariba Business Analyst - Procurement Systems

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled- SAP Ariba Business Analyst- to support and enhance our global procurement systems. This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing Ariba processes, supporting users, and ensuring accurate routing and reporting of procurement requests. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions including Procurement, Legal, and IT.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and resolve system issues related to Ariba modules such as Contract Requests, Contract Workspaces, Supplier Requests, and Questionnaires.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Management, Procurement, PTP) to troubleshoot and implement system solutions.

- Customize workflows and forms in Ariba to meet evolving business needs.

- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.

- Run ad-hoc and scheduled reports for key stakeholders, including procurement performance and compliance metrics.

- Maintain and update procurement contact lists and user databases.

- Stay current on SAP Ariba updates and recommend relevant enhancements.

- Coordinate with SAP support for issue resolution and system improvements.

Special Project Responsibility :

- Support the implementation of a- global commodity code routing matrix

- Utilize a matrix mapping commodity codes to responsible sourcing individuals by cost center.

- Pull and analyze reports from Ariba containing CECO (cost center), commodity codes, and assigners.

- Monitor and adjust routing logic to ensure Purchase Requisitions are directed to the correct sourcing owner.

- This task will be part of the red section of the procurement process flow and is expected to be straightforward once the matrix is finalized.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba.

- Experience with at least one full lifecycle Ariba implementation.

- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain processes.

- Familiarity with Ariba Network and ERP system integration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Procurement

- SAP Certified Application Specialist - SAP Ariba Sourcing
