About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Architect with proven expertise across multiple SAP modules. The role requires deep knowledge of S/4HANA and Fiori along with hands-on experience in ABAP, FICO, MM, P2P, and related areas. The ideal candidate can design, integrate, and optimize SAP solutions that enable business transformation and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture : Design SAP solutions covering modules like ABAP, FICO, MM, P2P, ensuring seamless integration.

- S/4HANA Enablement : Lead and provide guidance on S/4HANA transformations, upgrades, and adoption projects.

- Fiori Integration : Drive the design and deployment of Fiori apps to enhance user experience and business productivity.

- Collaboration : Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to align business needs with SAP capabilities.

- Governance & Standards : Establish SAP development standards and enforce architectural best practices.

- Team Leadership : Mentor consultants and developers, providing architectural oversight and technical direction.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP with exposure to multiple modules (ABAP, FICO, MM, P2P, etc.).

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.

- Practical experience with SAP Fiori design, deployment, and customization.

- Proven track record in end-to-end SAP project lifecycles (greenfield, rollout, upgrades).

- Strong understanding of integration points, process optimization, and performance tuning.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with global exposure.

- Active B1 visa is preferred for US engagements.

- Based in NCR, India, open to hybrid/onsite work.

- Deep knowledge of emerging SAP technologies and best practices.

- Leadership capability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.
