Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced SAP APO PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) Consultant with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent functional knowledge and a proven track record of configuring and implementing the SAP S/4HANA PPDS module.

This is a key role for a professional who can handle supply planning and production scheduling, with specific experience in repetitive manufacturing and seamless integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).

You will be a vital part of at least two greenfield S/4HANA implementations, ensuring our planning solutions are robust, efficient, and meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure the SAP S/4HANA PPDS module to meet specific business requirements for supply planning and production scheduling.

- Lead and execute at least two full-lifecycle greenfield S/4HANA implementations, from blueprinting and configuration to testing and go-live.

- Design and implement solutions for repetitive manufacturing, with a strong focus on handling planned orders, production confirmations, and material movements.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP PPDS and external systems, specifically with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), to ensure accurate and real-time data exchange.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business issues related to planning, scheduling, and production.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in SAP, with a core focus on SAP APO PPDS.

- Proven functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience with the SAP S/4HANA PPDS module.

- Experience with at least 2 greenfield S/4HANA implementations.

- Extensive experience in repetitive manufacturing processes and a deep understanding of planned orders.

- Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP PPDS and MES.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with other SAP APO modules, such as SNP (Supply Network Planning) or GATP (Global Available-to-Promise).

- Experience in discrete manufacturing or process industries.

- An SAP certification in PP or APO/SCM.
