This role is focused on leveraging the power of SAP BW/4HANA for data warehousing and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for cloud-based reporting, driving technical innovation in our enterprise analytics landscape.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

Data Modeling and Architecture :

- Technically build and optimize complex data models within the SAP BW/4HANA environment (e.g., aDSOs, Composite Providers).

- Design and develop the semantic layer using modern techniques, including HANA Calculation Views, to ensure data is efficiently exposed for reporting.

ETL/ELT Development and Integration :

- Implement robust, high-performance ETL flows (Extraction, Transformation, Loading) to acquire data from source systems.

- Integrate data from disparate SAP landscapes, including S/4, SuccessFactors, and Ariba, defining and implementing the necessary interfaces and data provisioning logic.

Cloud Reporting Platform Deployment :

- Lead the technical deployment and configuration of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories, dashboards, and planning models.

- Ensure the technical connectivity and performance of live data connections between SAC, BW/4HANA, and other HANA sources.

Data Governance and Quality :

- Implement data governance and security standards within the data warehouse (e.g., authorization, data masking), ensuring technical compliance with security policies.

- Collaborate with functional teams primarily to translate KPI definitions into technical data requirements and validate the underlying logic.

Required Technical Skills & Expertise :

- SAP Analytics Foundation : 4+ years of hands-on technical development experience in SAP BI/BW solutions.

- Cloud Proficiency : Practical, mandatory experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation and development.

- Data Architecture Tools : Proven technical knowledge of SAP Datasphere, HANA Views, and the Business Technology Platform (BTP) for data virtualization and cloud services.

- Core Development : Strong expertise in SQL / data modelling for optimizing complex queries and designing efficient data structures.

- Integration : Solid understanding of data extraction protocols and methodologies required for integrating data from major SAP applications (S/4, SuccessFactors, Ariba)
