Are you an experienced and accomplished SAP ABAP Technical Lead with a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA? We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead technical efforts on complex SAP projects.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving successful implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Serve as a Technical Lead on 2-3 recent SAP S/4HANA ABAP implementation projects (within the last 3-5 years), providing technical guidance and oversight to development teams.

- Solution Architecting : Design and architect robust SAP ABAP solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Team Management : Manage and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, allocating tasks, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines.

- Hands-on Development : Maintain hands-on involvement in complex SAP ABAP enhancements and change requests within SAP S/4HANA.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate extensively with functional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure all programs are completed on schedule, meet client guidelines, and adhere to high-quality standards.

- Support & Training : Provide expert technical support to end-users, offering troubleshooting guidance, system modifications post-delivery, and conducting training sessions for client representatives.

- Core ABAP Expertise : Lead development efforts in SAP Core ABAP, including sophisticated Reports, Interfaces (IDoc, Proxies), Data Conversions (LSMW, LTMC), and comprehensive Enhancements (BADIs, Exits, BAPIs, OOP ABAP).

Technical Experience :

- SAP S/4HANA Expertise : Extensive hands-on experience and deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA ABAP development, including new programming models.

- Version/EHP Upgrade : Proven experience in version/EHP upgrades, with the ability to independently support and manage upgrade opportunities.

- Performance Optimization : Strong skills in ABAP performance tuning and optimization within HANA database context.

- Integration Technologies : In-depth knowledge of SAP integration technologies (e.g., OData, CDS Views, APIs, Web Services).

- Architecture Knowledge : Ability to recommend and implement appropriate technical architectures for complex SAP solutions.
