We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ABAP programming and experience working on various SAP projects. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing ABAP applications while collaborating with functional teams to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces in SAP.

- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of ABAP programs to resolve issues.

- Enhance existing programs and develop new functionalities as per business needs.

- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and its various tools.

- Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, or HR is a plus.

- Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and related technologies.

- Ability to work with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.

- Knowledge of object-oriented programming in ABAP is an advantage.

- Good understanding of SAP data dictionary objects like tables, views, and data elements.

- Proficient in creating and maintaining SAP scripts and Smart Forms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
