About Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP HR solutions using ABAP programming language.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain SAP HR reports, forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and custom modules

- Implement SAP HCM workflows, enhancements, and configurations

- Utilize ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for efficient code development

- Integrate SAP HR data using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HR module

Must have skills :

- Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming

- Experience in HR-specific ABAP development (PA, OM, PY, TM, ESS, MSS)

- Knowledge of SAP HCM workflows, enhancements, and configurations

- Experience with ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for SAP HR data integration

- Familiarity with SAP HR module configuration and functionalities

Good to have skills :

- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration (cloud HR solutions)
