SAP ABAP HR Consultant - BTP Module

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in HR and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ABAP development, debugging, and problem-solving, along with hands-on experience in SAP HANA and BTP frameworks.Key

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications within SAP ABAP - HR module.

- Work on ABAP technologies including Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, and OOPS concepts.

- Develop global classes, methods, and technical solutions based on client requirements.

- Collaborate with functional teams for HR and Payroll domain requirements.

- Develop and optimize programs using Object-Oriented ABAP, interface programming, and reports.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Prepare and validate technical specifications and documentation.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance tuning, and SAP standards.

- Independently manage critical and complex situations in projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with strong focus on HR and Payroll modules.

- Strong hands-on experience with ABAP (Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, OOPS).

- Experience in SAP HANA and BTP framework.

- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, interface programming, and reports.

- Proven ability to design and implement global classes and methods.

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
