SAP ABAP on HANA Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on development and support in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments.

- Develop and maintain RICEFW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements (BADI), Forms

(Smart Forms, Adobe Forms).

- Develop modern and clean ABAP code using Eclipse IDE.

- Build CDS Views, OData services, and Web Services for integration scenarios.

- Expertise in Adobe Standalone and Interactive Forms development.

- Debug and redesign legacy R/3 logic into S/4HANA compatible formats.

- Drive development aligned with Clean Core and API-first strategies.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to meet project delivery timelines.

- Participate in DFMEA, code reviews, and testing activities.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).

- Deep knowledge in CDS Views, OData services, and BADI implementations.

- Experience with Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and SAP Scripts.

- Proficiency in Eclipse-based ABAP Development Tools.

- Familiarity with Clean ABAP principles and modern ABAP syntax.

- Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in SAP Fiori and in-app extensibility.

- Understanding of RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).

- Exposure to S/4HANA extensibility techniques: Key User, Side-by-side, etc.

- Basic knowledge of SAP Quality Management module.
