As an SAP ABAP with FICO Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting SAP solutions that optimize financial business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with global stakeholders, functional consultants, business users, and technical teams on large-scale SAP implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP solutions supporting SAP FI and CO modules.

- Work closely with SAP FICO functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and customize reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, conversions, and custom programs using SAP ABAP.

- Build and enhance ALV Reports, Classical Reports, Interactive Reports, Module Pool Programs, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI, BTE, and Enhancement Framework.

- Develop and maintain interfaces using BAPI, RFC, IDoc, ALE, Proxy, Web Services, and OData services.

- Design technical specifications based on functional specifications and participate in solution architecture discussions.

- Perform debugging and root cause analysis for production issues across SAP FICO applications.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities by ensuring SAP applications perform efficiently.

- Optimize existing custom developments for performance and scalability.

- Work on integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, WM, SuccessFactors, and external applications.

- Participate in SAP upgrades, migration projects, S/4HANA transformation initiatives, and implementation programs.

- Ensure developments comply with SAP development standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer documents.

- Collaborate with global support teams to resolve critical incidents within defined SLAs.

- Mentor junior ABAP developers and provide technical guidance during project execution.

- Strong understanding of financial business processes.

- Experience working in global delivery environments.

- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to independently manage development activities with minimal supervision.

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

- SAP Fiori/UI5 exposure.

- Experience with SAP Integration Suite or CPI.

- Knowledge of SAP GRC, Treasury, or Group Reporting.

- Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.

- SAP certification in ABAP or SAP FICO.
