Primary Skill Set & Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) principles and best practices.

- Design and implement complex business logic within the SAP environment.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP RAP, leading the design and development of new applications and extensions.

- Proficiently build and maintain CDS views, including associations, annotations, and extensions.

- Develop and manage behavior definitions and implementations for business objects within the RAP framework.

- Create and expose service definitions for OData V2/V4 services, enabling seamless integration with consumption layers.

- Possess good working knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development, contributing to the user experience layer of applications.

- Experience with SAP UI annotations to enhance Fiori application capabilities.

- Develop and consume OData services for data exchange between SAP backend and Fiori frontend.

- Perform UI enhancements to existing Fiori applications.

- Understand and utilize SAP Business Application Studio or Web IDE for development.

- Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, architects, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring the stability and performance of developed applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.

Primary Skills (Mandatory):

- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).

- Proficient in SAP RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).

- Experience in building and maintaining CDS views, behaviors, and service definitions.

Secondary Skills (Strongly Preferred):

- Good working knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development.

- Experience with SAP UI annotations, OData services, and UI enhancements.

- Understanding of SAP Business Application Studio or Web IDE.
